Anyone else seeing dramatic ranking shakeups lately? Thankfully, this client is the blue line, but that’s a serious drop and recovery.

פלאפל טבעוני הוא מאכל פופולרי שמתאים לכל חובבי הטבעונות והצמחונות. הוא קל להכנה, טעים מאוד, ומספק חלבון איכותי.
להלן מתכון לפלאפל טבעוני טעים:
המרכיבים:
2 כוסות גרגירי חומוס מושרים למשך לילה
1 בצל גדול
5 שיני שום
1 צרור כוסברה
1/2 צרור פטרוזיליה
1 כף כמון
1 כפית מלח
1/2 כפית פלפל שחור
1/4 כפית אבקת סודה לשתייה
אופן ההכנה:
מסננים את גרגירי החומוס מהמים ומעבדים אותם במעבד מזון עם הבצל, השום, הכוסברה, הפטרוזיליה, הכמון, המלח, הפלפל והסודה לשתייה.
טוחנים את התערובת עד שמתקבלת עיסה פירורית.
יוצרים כדורים קטנים (כ-4 ס"מ קוטר) מהתערובת.
מחממים שמן לטיגון עמוק על חום גבוה.
מטגנים את הפלאפל עד שהוא מקבל צבע זהוב כהה.
מסננים את הפלאפל מהשמן ומגישים עם טחינה, סלטים וחריף.
טיפים:
אם אתם רוצים שהפלאפל יהיה אוורירי יותר, מומלץ להוסיף לו כף קמח חומוס או כף קמח עדשים.
אם אתם רוצים שהפלאפל יהיה חריף יותר, מומלץ להוסיף לו 1/2 כפית פלפל חריף גרוס.
ניתן להוסיף לפלאפל גם ירקות אחרים, כגון גזר, דלעת או קישוא.
הערות:
יש להשרות את גרגירי החומוס למשך לילה כדי להקל על הטחינה שלהם.
מומלץ להשתמש בשמן קנולה או שמן זית לטיגון הפלאפל.
מומלץ להגיש את הפלאפל מיד לאחר הטיגון כדי לשמור על הטריות והקריספיות שלו.
Yet another update?? Could be a refined version of the Feb 7 update that shook us up. Traffic went up and down and settled to near normal after about 10 days. But last seven days have not shown any change – if anything, traffic and page views have increased a little!
My clients have seen big changes the last couple of weeks, but all for the good thankfully. The “Fred” update was a biggie and it looks like some websites that have massive ads with little quality content got hit hard. I saw one post where their traffic plummeted 95% and they are virtually invisible in search now……it is times like these I am thrilled I only do white-hat work….sometimes I scratch my head and am tempted when I see competitors outrank me with crappy sites with no backlinks…but I have hope their day will come! 🙂
